The teenager killed in a weekend crash in Starke County has been identified as a student at Oregon-Davis High School.

Logan Cooke’s body was found, Sunday, inside an abandoned home near Range Road and 250 North, just west of the Starke County Airport.

Police say his car had crashed nearby, but he wasn’t at the scene when they arrived.

A search involving other departments and neighbors led to the discovery.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
