A 24-year-old woman has been arrested again while already facing charges for nearly hitting two students after driving past a stopped school bus.
Police were called twice to a home on West 7th Street for domestic disputes. The first time, a man said Shau-Ri Sparkle Rae Rose stole his handgun. When officers returned the next day, Rose let them search her car. They found her 21-month-old child in an unsecured car seat and a loaded handgun hidden in a shoebox under the seat.
Rose is charged with Neglect of a Dependent and remains on pretrial release from the earlier school bus case.
