The popular gas station and convenience store chain Buc-ee’s is reportedly in late-stage discussions to open at least one travel center in central Indiana.

The Texas-based company is close to finalizing a deal to buy a 28-acre plot of land off E. Worthsville Road and Interstate 65 in Greenwood.

Sources also suggest that Buc-ee’s may be eyeing an undisclosed area in Boone County for a potential second location.
