A South Bend man accused of making threats against a local school on Snapchat has been found not guilty on all charges.
Court records show Stephen Arthur Ullery Jr. was cleared of three intimidation charges during a judgment hearing on Nov. 10 in St. Joseph County.
Ullery was arrested in February after authorities traced a Snapchat post showing a gun with the caption, “Time to go visit ur local school.” The FBI and St. Joseph County Police linked the video to a home on Myrtle Road in South Bend, where several firearms were found during a search.
Ullery had faced one misdemeanor and two felony intimidation charges but was acquitted of all counts.
