A 2024 cybertip has led to the arrest of a 66-year-old man.

Investigators with the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force say a 2024 cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to a lengthy investigation in Elkhart County.

That tip prompted officers from multiple agencies to serve a search warrant at a home on Treva Street last October, where several electronic devices were seized and forensically examined.

Prosecutors reviewed the findings, and on November 13th, an arrest warrant was issued for 66-year-old Charles R. Keen III on ten Level 5 felony counts of possession of child pornography. Keen was arrested without incident.
