Elkhart County man sentenced to 15 years for drug, weapon charges

An Elkhart County man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after a jury convicted him on two counts of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, and unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon.
Orlando Rodriguez-Roman led federal agents on a high-speed chase after intercepting a package containing over one thousand grams of cocaine.
Authorities recovered the drugs and found a loaded handgun at his home.
