Michigan City’s Walmart returned to normal operations after a bomb threat turned out to be a swatting call.

Police responded to the Walmart Supercenter on Franklin Street and, with help from the Porter County Bomb Squad and LaPorte County Sheriff’s K9 team, found no danger.

Investigators later confirmed the call was a swatting incident and continue to look into who made it.
