A convicted killer in Berrien County has been found guilty of another killing.

Berrien County prosecutors charged 20-year-old Rease Pence with First-Degree Murder and several related counts for the 2022 shooting death of a Gavin Blankenship, 14, at Arbor Trails Apartments.

Pence is already serving more than 122 years for a double homicide in South Bend earlier that year.

Sentencing in this case is set for early January.
