The annual Notre Dame-USC football game is reportedly coming to an end.

Multiple media outlets are reporting the two sides have failed to reach an agreement to play each other again in 2026.

Next season would have been the 100th anniversary of the annual rivalry game, where the teams battle for the Jeweled Shillelagh trophy.

The Fighting Irish ended the series with the Trojans by winning three straight meetings.

Notre Dame has announced a home-and-home series with BYU in 2026 and 2027.
