A 29-year-old Warsaw man was arrested following an investigation into explicit communications with a minor.

Goshen police responded just after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 28 to the 500 block of East Madison Street on the report of a male allegedly exchanging explicit text messages with a minor.

Officers identified the suspect as Timothy Christopher Dondy and during the investigation, police also discovered suspected methamphetamine in Dondy’s possession.

Dondy was taken into custody and booked into the Elkhart County Jail. He faces pending charges of child solicitation, vicarious sexual gratification, and possession of methamphetamine.
