A nurse at a senior facility in Franklin, Indiana, was arrested for allegedly swapping prescribed pain medication for allergy medicine for a resident more than 60 times.

Kori Babb, a registered nurse, was charged with multiple offenses after an investigation by the Indiana Office of the Attorney General.

The resident reported that Babb had been giving her allergy pills instead of her prescribed oxycodone.

Babb allegedly failed to document the administration of oxycodone doses and claimed she did not know why the resident made the allegation.

Babb was suspended pending investigation and entered a cash bond of $15,000.
