A late-night run for fast food turned into a fast trip to jail for an Elkhart man after police served a warrant at a Wendy’s restaurant on West Pike Street.
Authorities said officers arrived at the restaurant, located at 900 W. Pike St., around 10:15 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 19, to conduct a warrant service.
During the encounter, police said 44-year-old Jonathan Brimhall of Elkhart was found to be in possession of marijuana.
