The St. Joseph County Fatal Alcohol Crash Team is investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision.

Police were dispatched around 6:35 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, to the intersection of Lehman and Ash roads, where one person was pronounced dead at the scene. FACT investigators were called to take over the case.

As the investigation continued, Ash Road was shut down between Vistula and Jefferson roads throughout the morning hours.
