High School Athletes in Michigan are now permitted to enter into name, image and likeness deals.
This, after an announcement on Tuesday from the Michigan High School Athletic Association. Such deals are common for athletes at the collegiate level, and there are limitations for younger students.
The new rules do not, however, allow a student to use their school’s name or logo in deals, and disallow personal branding activities to take place during school or sporting events.

They may as well do grade schools while they’re at it.
