The South Bend Police Department is hosting another Women in Policing Info Night and Open House ahead of next month’s one-day testing event.

The event will be held Thursday, March 5 from 5 to 7 p.m. at department headquarters on West Sample Street.

Women interested in a career in law enforcement can meet female officers, learn about the hiring and testing process and get questions answered. The open house format allows guests to stop by at any time.

Those ready to apply can take part in Spring Prospect Day March 28 at the department.
