‘Stand Up for Science’ Rally Planned in Niles

A “Stand Up for Science” rally is planned for Saturday, March 7, in Niles.
Organizer Naomi Ludman says the event is part of a national day of action supporting research funding and evidence-based decision-making.
The rally will take place at 1 p.m. on the Main Street Bridge, near Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital.
Participants are encouraged to bring signs highlighting how science has impacted their lives, from medicine to environmental protections.

Ironically, both of those things abandoned science a long time (and many many tax dollars) ago.
