Convicted Delphi killer Richard Allen now has an appeal date.

The Indiana Court of Appeals will hear arguments September 21.

Allen was convicted in 2024 and sentenced to 130 years in prison for the murders of Abby Williams and Libby German.

His attorneys argue evidence should have been excluded and say alternative theories were not allowed during trial.
