A Marshall County man is facing charges after deputies say he threatened county highway workers with a rifle.

Deputies were called Monday morning to a home on Olive Road where they found 51-year-old Jonathan Ashby. During the investigation, authorities executed a search warrant and reportedly found firearms and suspected drugs.

Ashby was arrested on charges including intimidation with a deadly weapon, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. He’s being held on a bond of just over 15-hundred dollars.
