Goshen woman charged in deadly crash

A Goshen woman charged in a deadly crash involving a teenage motorcyclist will have her jury trial delayed. 

54-year-old Jodi Nagle faces a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death following a February 2025 crash on State Road 15.

Police say Nagle failed to yield while pulling from a driveway, causing a collision that killed 17-year-old Amelia Sneddon. Investigators allege Nagle was under the influence of cannabis at the time of the crash.

The Goshen News says the defense requested a continuance because an expert witness was unavailable.

Her trial has now been moved from June 15 to October 19.
