Black Squirrel Golf Club is inviting the community to celebrate Independence Day at its annual Fireworks on the Fairway event on July 4.

Festivities begin at 5 p.m. at the Goshen golf course and will feature food trucks, vendors, live entertainment and family-friendly activities throughout the evening.

A special patriotic tribute by a color guard and a performance of the National Anthem by local artist Marri Flemming will help kick off the celebration.

The night will conclude with a large fireworks display beginning at 10 p.m. Organizers say the event honors America’s 250th anniversary and continues a favorite summer tradition in Northern Indiana.
