Marion County recorded the highest spending total in the state at more than $11 million. Indianapolis led all Indiana cities, with residents spending more than $10.4 million during the year.
Researchers also estimate Indiana is home to more than 19,000 OnlyFans content creators. Those creators collectively generated approximately $25 million in revenue during 2025.
