The 46th annual Rhapsody Arts and Music Festival returns to downtown Elkhart this month.

It’s happening June 12 and 13 at Island Park.

The free event features two days of live music, local artists, artisan vendors, food, beverages and family-friendly activities.

New this year are carnival-style rides and attractions in the Family Zone, along with an updated stage layout.
