Elkhart County authorities have recovered partial remains belonging to a woman who had been missing since early 2025. 

Prosecutor Vicki Becker confirmed the remains were identified as 68-year-old Linda Faye Robinson, a disabled woman whose family reported her missing.

Investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and death.

The couple who had been caring for Robinson, Loni and Debra Collins, were previously charged and convicted in connection with the theft of her Social Security disability benefits, with Debra Collins currently serving a sentence related to fraud charges.
