The La Porte County Sheriff’s Office has established the Jon Samuelson Benefit Fund at Horizon Bank.
Samuelson is recovering after being shot multiple times in Michigan City on May 22 and was recently transferred to an inpatient rehabilitation facility.
Donations can be made at any Horizon Bank location in Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan.
