Gas prices are continuing to fall across the country.

According to GasBuddy, the national average dropped nearly seven cents over the past week, now sitting at about three dollars and 71 cents per gallon.

Prices are down more than 40 cents compared to a month ago, but remain higher than this time last year. Diesel prices also declined, dropping nearly 12 cents.

GasBuddy says supply issues tied to global conflicts could limit how much further prices fall in the coming weeks.
