A Michigan woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash at a Fulton County intersection.
According to the Indiana State Police, the crash happened around 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, at the intersection of U.S. 31 and County Road 450 North.
Investigators say a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro driven by 42-year-old April Jones of Indianapolis was traveling south on U.S. 31 when it entered the intersection and collided with a 2016 Subaru Forester that was turning onto southbound U.S. 31 from County Road 450 North.
The driver of the Subaru, 84-year-old Donna Brucker of Norton Shores, Michigan, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Fulton County Coroner’s Office.
Jones was taken by ambulance to a local hospital in stable condition.
Indiana State Police say the crash remains under investigation. Investigators do not believe alcohol or drugs were factors in the collision.
