Drivers in northwest Indiana should expect slowdowns this week.

Seal coating begins Monday morning on State Road 8 in Porter County between U.S. 231 and State Road 49.

Another project starts on State Road 39 in Pulaski County between State Roads 14 and 16.

Both projects are expected to wrap up later this week.

Drivers are urged to slow down and watch for crews.
