Drivers in Cass County should plan for delays beginning this week.

A major resurfacing project starts Monday on U.S. 12 between M-62 East and Union Road. Portions of the highway will be closed or restricted through early November.

Motorists should also use caution on U.S. 12 between Bell Road and Gumwood, where crews are applying loose gravel.
