Niles residents will decide this fall whether to limit the number of marijuana retailers in the city.
The City Council voted unanimously Monday to place the question on the November ballot.
If approved by voters, the measure would cap the number of licensed marijuana retailers at five, which matches the number currently operating in the city.

They should have years ago put a limit on the number of fast food restaurants, banks and auto repair shops.
The number of these businesses keep increasing while the population remains stagnant, making it so every business is barely scraping by.
