Construction is getting underway on a new condominium development near the Notre Dame campus.
The former Parisi’s Ristorante property will become the Parisi Condos, featuring 38 two-bedroom units. Developers say 14 units have already been spoken for.
The remaining condos are priced from roughly 711-thousand to 965-thousand dollars. Plans include a rooftop deck, fitness center and putting green.
Developer Steve Smith says demand remains strong from both local residents and people looking for a second home near Notre Dame. The project is expected to be finished in August of 2027, with move-ins planned that fall.
