The search continues for two South Bend women who have been missing since early Sunday morning.

Twenty-four-year-old Vanessa Bautista and 23-year-old Alexa Navarro were last seen after attending a birthday celebration at Arena Nightclub in Elkhart.

Family members say the two planned to get something to eat after dropping off a friend in South Bend.

Their last known location was in the Niles area around 3:40 Sunday morning.

The women were traveling in a gray 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Indiana plate C-G-F-4-2-6.

Family, friends and community members have been searching the Niles area and distributing flyers.

Both women are mothers, and their families are asking anyone with information about their whereabouts or the Jeep to contact police.
