More than two weeks after a shooting on Bissell Street claimed the lives of three people, South Bend police are still searching for the person or people responsible.
In an effort to help investigators, local business owners are offering incentives in exchange for information that could lead to an arrest.
The initiative is aimed at encouraging witnesses to come forward and provide answers to the victims’ families.
“The violence is just too much,” Kintae Lark, owner of Lark’s Grooming Station, told WSBTV.
No arrests have been made, and no one has been charged in connection with the killings.
