37 people arrested at underage drinking party in rural LaGrange County

37 people were arrested early Saturday morning after officers responded to reports of an underage drinking party in rural Topeka.

LaGrange County officers went to a home on the 6500 block of County Road 100 South at about 2 a.m. Saturday.

The arrival of officers caused many party-goers to scatter in different directions, according to the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department.

25 kids were arrested for minor consumption and released to their parents.

12 adults were also arrested for allowing the party to happen: Lyle Bontrager, Devon Eash, Lydon Fry, Michael Fry, Carrie Hostetler, Dale Hostetler, Danny Hostetler, Elmer Miller, Matthew Alan Miller and Matthew Lee Miller, Matthew Alan Miller, Delores Yoder and Milan Yoder.
