Ideal Beach Water Park in Elkhart has re-opened to swimmers.
This, after the death of 10-year-old Jamal Turpin and near-drowing of a 9-year-old boy on Friday afternoon. The coroner has ruled Turpin’s death accidental, due to drowning.
A GoFundMe account to raise money for his funeral expenses has been set up to help with Turpin’s funeral expenses.
