It’s an open murder charge against Davion Turner, 19, of Georgia in connection with the shooting death of a Benton Harbor man.

Police found Nathaniel Lee, 32, dead, inside a vehicle, on Tuesday, Aug. 15, at the River Terrace housing complex.

Investigators say he was shot twice by Turner in what may have been a robbery.

Turner turned himself in to police on Thursday. He was arraigned on Friday.

His next date in court is scheduled for Aug. 25.
