The man accused in a shooting death outside of Bar Louie at University Park Mall in Mishawaka back in June was placed under arrest in Chicago.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested 26-year-old Miguel Rosales on Tuesday night. Rosales is charged with the murder of 27-year-old Benito Bueno.
The shooting escalated from a heated confrontation inside the bar, then continued in the parking lot. According to court documents, Bueno was held by friends of Rosales, who fired several times, killing him.
Rosales will appear in court, at which point he will decide whether or not to waive extradition.
