Murder charges have been announced against a Winamac man accused of killing his father and his girlfriend.

32-year-old Ross Stacy is accused of shooting and killing 59-year-old Loss Stacy, his father. In the process, police say Ross Stacy also shot and killed his father’s girlfriend, 56-year-old Mary Kurek.

A relative found the bodies of Kurek and Loss Stacy at a home on West 200 North in a rural area northwest of Winamac.

The Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office says Ross Stacy admitted that he shot them both after an argument.

It’s believed Loss Stacy and Kulek were actually shot last Tuesday.
