Homicide investigation underway in St. Joseph County Michigan

A shooting in St. Joseph County in Michigan led to a homicide investigation and a car theft.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, in Flowerfield Township.

A male semi truck driver was killed in the incident, and the suspect or suspects took off after the shooting in a stolen car.

As of midday on Thursday, there was no word of any arrest. Police were still interviewing witnesses and neighbors.

Everybody involved in the case has a prior history of law enforcement.
