Man charged after allegedly making phony bomb threat against local mosque

Bond is set at $50,000 for a 36-year-old man charged in connection with the call of a false bomb threat against the Islamic Association of Southwest Michigan.

The threat occurred on Friday, April 26.

Prosecutors have charged Malik Mohammed Nisar with making a false terrorism threat and making a false bomb threat, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

The mosque was evacauated while authorities searched the building.

No explosive devices were found, ABC 57 reported.

Nisar is schedule for court in mid-May.

Just another fake hate crime. This man victimized his own community SMH and President Trump is blamed for stoking racial tensions. I don’t think so. I’m glad he looks so happy in his mugshot he won’t be it comes time to be sentenced. I hope they throw the book at this terrorist. And don’t get it twisted that’s what he is.
