Man gets 60 years for the murder of Tysonia Crawford

A St. Joseph County man has been sentenced to 60 years for the murder of Tysonia Crawford.

21 year-old Rahim Brumfield received a 55-year sentence for her murder, and 5 years for a firearm enhancement.

He was found guilty of both counts on May 10th following a trial. Prosecutors say he shot and killed Crawford, his ex-girlfriend, after an argument in January of 2018.
