Officers with the Benton Harbor Police Department are searching for suspect(s) involved in a recent shooting.

Just after 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to the 800 block of Lavette Avenue, where they found a 24-year-old woman suffering from gunshot wounds. A 27-year-old man at the scene had been assaulted.

The woman was transported to a local hospital and is currently listed in stable condition. The man was treated and released.
