Indiana State Police announce Bremen Post Trooper promoted to detective

A Bremen Post Trooper with the Indiana State Police is now a detective.

Master Trooper Jason Faulstich will serve in the Intelligence and Investigative Technologies, Cyber Crime and Investigative Technologies section.

Faulstich is a 22-year veteran of the Indiana State Police. He graduated from Plymouth High School and later attended Indiana State University, where he earned a degree in Criminology.

Faulstitch graduated from the Indiana State Police Academy in December of 1996, and was assigned to the Bremen Post. During his time with the state police, he has served as a Field Training Officer (FTO) and on both the Meth Team and All Crimes Policing Team. He is also a First Aid Instructor and trained as a Digital Media Recovery Specialist (DMRS).

He lives in Marshall County with his wife and two children.
