Mother of school bus crash victims won’t face battery charges

The mother of the three children who were hit and killed at a Fulton County bus stop will not face charges for allegedly attacking the driver in court.

Last month that driver, Alyssa Shepherd was given a sentence of four years in prison for hitting and killing the children and injuring another.

After sentencing, Brittany Ingle allegedly lunged at Shepherd in the courtroom, and faced a possible battery charge.

Thursday afternoon the prosecutor assigned to the case said that “after careful review of the circumstances” no criminal charges will be filed in the case.
