The City of Elkhart is introducing a new 3-1-1 service to streamline resident requests.

My Elkhart 3-1-1 is a new app that allows the user to submit requests to departments in the city. City leaders told WSBT that they believe this will streamline the request process for the departments and the people who need to submit them.

The My Elkhart 3-1-1 app is free for apple or android, and should not be used for emergency services. The City is looking to hire a 3-1-1 Coordinator to receive calls.
