A 41-year-old man died after a shooting in Elkhart.

Officers were called to the area of 6th and Concord around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17, where they found the victim, Rochad Washington.

He was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

His death has been ruled a homicide.
