The City of South Bend will launch a new utility billing software next week.

The launch impacts all customers of the City’s utility services, such as water, sewer, trash pickup and storm water.

The new portal will go live at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19, and will include features like the ability to start and terminate service, access account information, make payments and view water usage.

The website for the outgoing portal will no longer be available starting at 5 p.m. today.

This is the City’s first implementation of a new billing system in more than 20 years.

For more information, call 311 or email SBMUcustomerservice@southbendin.gov.

The new website can be found by visiting utilities.southbendin.gov.
