New Carlisle teen suspect’s hearing delayed

The wheels of justice has slowed a bit, in the case of the 14-year-old boy accused of molesting and killing a 6-year-old girl in New Carlisle.

That is because of a psychological evaluations are not complete yet.

The teen’s next hearing has been reset for August 12th with the trail date now set for September 22nd.

Grace Ross was found dead in a wooded area hours after being reported missing.

The boy told police a shadowy man led him to kill the girl.
