Goshen man caused a backup on State Road 120

A big backup on State Road 120 was caused by a Goshen man on a motorcycle.

It happened around 4:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old man was northbound on County Road 133 when investigators say he tried to improperly pass by crossing into the oncoming lane. The man then sideswiped a vehicle and ran off the side of the road.

The man suffered a leg fracture. He was cited for improper passing and operating while never receiving a license.
