Two people critically hurt after U.S. 31 crash

Two people were critically hurt after a crash on U.S. 31 near the Marshall-Fulton County line.

It happened around 3:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon. On arrival, police found a Chevy Silverado and a Ford F-350 pulling a camper in a ditch.

Investigators say the Silverado was westbound on State Road 110, crossed southbound U.S. 31 and pulled into the path of the Ford.

The driver and passenger in the Silverado had to be extricated and was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital.
