We now know the name of the man shot and killed by a sheriff’s deputy after a police chase in Marshall County.

Police tried to pull over Dylan Bush, 33, on Sunday, Nov. 28, when a Culver officer suspected he was driving drunk.

But Bush kept going — throughout Marshall County — before coming to a stop in a parking lot in Culver.

A deputy approached and the driver pinned him between two cars.

The deputy fired several shots. Bush crashed into a parked car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
